Self-management in Yugoslavia was a complex system that combined capitalist and communist elements and underwent various reforms. The market reform in the 1960s had both positive and negative consequences. In this article, I will show how the policy of ‘technology to the people’ and the marketization of social ownership of the field of film infrastructure and production took place in the late 1960s.
